Jenny practices what she preaches and is an accomplished endurance athlete, having competed in over 40 marathons all over the world including the Boston Marathon, the Antarctica Marathon and Mark Burnett’s Eco-Challenge. Her curiosity to find out what is around the next corner continues to fuel her adventures to explore the world under her own power.
Running changed Jenny's life. She fell in love with the process of training, quit her job in corporate fitness, and has been coaching, competing and writing every since. She loves to learn, teach and lives for helping others accomplish goals they never thought they could.
